Authority & Acknowledgement
Effective from 26 April 2026
When you engage us to integrate with your CargoWise tenant, carrier portals, ERP, or other operational systems, we need clear permission to act on your behalf. This document sets out what that permission covers and what you're acknowledging when you give it.
1. Authority
By engaging Coppin Grove Digital Pty Ltd (Coppin Grove Digital, CGD, we, our, or us) to perform services, you (the Customer, you, or your) authorise us, our employees, contractors, and sub-processors to act on your behalf in all matters reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. This authority includes, without limitation:
1.1 Accessing your operational systems — including CargoWise tenants, carrier portals, customs platforms, ERP systems, and document repositories — using credentials you supply, for the purpose of delivering the engaged services.
1.2 Engaging cloud sub-processors, in categories including hosting, processing, storage, and email delivery, as required to deliver the engaged services.
1.3 Communicating with your third-party software vendors — including WiseTech Global, carriers, customs platforms, and integration partners — to configure, test, and maintain connections we build for you.
1.4 Configuring and modifying integrations between your systems on your instruction, including writing, reading, transforming, and routing data between those systems.
1.5 Storing, processing, and transmitting your business data as required to deliver the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Standard Software Services Terms.
2. Acknowledgement
By engaging Coppin Grove Digital, you acknowledge and agree:
2.1 You have read, understood, and accepted our Standard Software Services Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.2 You warrant that information you supply to us is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the authority to supply it.
2.3 You agree to indemnify Coppin Grove Digital for losses, penalties, claims, and expenses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you supply, except to the extent caused by our negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
2.4 You acknowledge that we may rely on instructions from your designated representatives, and we are not required to verify the internal authority of any person who appears to have authority to instruct us on your behalf.
2.5 You acknowledge that our sub-processors and subcontractors get the benefit of the same protections, exclusions, and limitations of liability as Coppin Grove Digital under the Standard Software Services Terms.
3. Compliance
3.1 You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws, including obligations relating to privacy, customs reporting, taxation, and data retention.
3.2 You authorise Coppin Grove Digital to disclose information, including personal information, to government authorities, regulatory bodies, and law-enforcement agencies as required by law.
4. Finality
By accepting our services you agree to be bound by this Authority & Acknowledgement, in conjunction with our Standard Software Services Terms and our Privacy Policy.
